PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION AND TECHNICAL LOGS

The Site operates primarily as an informational web property and does not provide public user registration accounts, interactive customer portals, or public web submission forms.

When you visit or access the Site, our underlying hosting and network security infrastructure may automatically record standard technical metadata (“Technical Data”) necessary to deliver the Site and maintain network security:

  • Network and location metadata (such as IP address, date and time of request, and HTTP status codes);
  • Device and browser characteristics (such as browser type, operating system, and protocol version); and
  • Any information you voluntarily provide if you are an authorized counterparty communicating with Rocquant.

COOKIES, TRACKING OPTIONS, AND DO NOT TRACK DISCLOSURES

Basic functional or security session mechanisms may be used by our edge network infrastructure solely to ensure the stability, load balancing, and security of the Site. You may configure your browser settings to block or delete cookies at any time, and our system honors standard Do Not Track (DNT) and Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser headers.
